Invite a support professional by email to an individual client’s Care Team workspace.

Care Team is for limited information about fitness coaching. It is not a clinical records system, treatment channel or emergency service.
Sign in and accept
Sign in with the invited email and explicitly accept the invitation. An email never carries client records.
Choose and revoke
Clients choose the coaching categories to share and can revoke access later.
No additional paid client seat
Invited Care Team collaborators do not count toward Solo, Coach or Studio active-client limits. They do not need a paid trainer plan. StudioFit does not independently verify professional licences.
Professionals must follow applicable privacy, clinical documentation and organizational requirements. Do not upload charts, diagnoses, treatment notes or urgent clinical information.
