The service
StudioFit is a subscription-based professional coaching platform for fitness professionals and their invited clients. Trainer plans provide the coaching workspace and active-client capacity; invited clients do not purchase a separate subscription. StudioFit helps trainers design and assign programs, follow progress, communicate, and calculate goal-based nutrition with StudioFIT™ Macro.
Professional standard
Trainer decides. StudioFit assists. Client executes. StudioFit supports professional fitness coaching. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe clinical treatment, or replace medical care. Nutrition tools are trainer-guided support and are not medical nutrition therapy. Care Team is for consented training coordination, not clinical records, emergencies or treatment decisions.
Trainer subscriptions
Trainer access is sold as auto-renewable Apple In-App Purchase subscriptions: Solo, Coach, and Studio, offered monthly and annually. Displayed prices are Apple’s localized App Store prices. Payment is charged to the Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store subscription settings. Solo includes a 14-day trial when that exact Solo product is eligible; Coach and Studio have no trial. Invited clients are included in the trainer’s active-client capacity and do not purchase a separate subscription. Expiration or cancellation does not delete programs, clients, or history.
Accounts
StudioFit uses its own email-and-password accounts. Access is role-based. Trainers and invited clients can sign in on the StudioFit website. The native iPhone app is the platform StudioFit is built for and is not yet listed on the App Store. Android is coming based on customer demand. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for the accuracy of information you enter.
Acceptable use
Use StudioFit only for legitimate coaching relationships. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. Do not attempt to access another person’s account or records. Care Team collaborators do not use an active-client seat and do not need a paid trainer subscription. Access requires a client-specific invitation and consented information scopes. Care Team must not be used for clinical charts, diagnoses, treatment instructions, emergencies, bulk medical records or misleading claims of professional credentials. Trainer-declared roles are not independently verified by StudioFit. Healthcare professionals remain responsible for applicable privacy, documentation and professional requirements. The trainer remains in control of fitness programming; StudioFit does not override coach judgment.
Brand and intellectual property
StudioFit™ and its intertwined monogram identify the StudioFit coaching platform. Access to StudioFit does not transfer ownership of its branding, software, user interface or original content. Demonstration media supplied under third-party licences remains subject to the rights of its respective owners. Unless authorized in writing or permitted by applicable law, do not reproduce or redistribute StudioFit branding, resale-ready product materials, software or licensed exercise demonstrations, or use automated scraping to collect substantial parts of its content. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law. Contact support@studiofitcoach.com for content or brand licensing requests.
Changes
StudioFit may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using StudioFit and delete your account from Account & privacy.
