Who this covers
StudioFit is a professional coaching workspace. The trainer decides, StudioFit assists, and the client executes. This policy describes how StudioFit handles account and coaching data for trainers, clients, and Care Team collaborators.
Information we process
StudioFit processes the name and email used to create an account, a user identifier, App Store purchase and subscription status for trainer plans, coach-client messages and optional media the user chooses to send, assigned workouts, progress, measurements, nutrition logs, and Care Team coordination the client enables. Optional Apple Health fitness and nutrition data is read only after the user authorizes it. StudioFit does not use health or fitness data for advertising, marketing profiles, or data brokerage.
How we use it
Data is used to authenticate accounts, run the coaching workspace, and provide app functionality the user requests. Product interaction events may be retained to improve StudioFit. StudioFit does not sell personal information and does not run advertising tracking in this version.
Sharing
A client’s coach can see the coaching records needed to train that client. Care Team collaborators can access only the scopes the client enables, and the client can revoke access. An invitation does not establish verified professional credentials or authorize sharing medical records. StudioFit does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care.
Retention and deletion
You can permanently delete your StudioFit account from More → Account & privacy in the app. Deletion removes the account, profile, messages, private media, and associated StudioFit records.
